MATERIALS

Cassette: The test area is pre-coated with mouse anti-C.trachomatis IgG monoclonal antibody, the quality control area (C) contains streptavidin, and the emulsion pad is pre-coated with rabbit anti-C.trachomatis IgG

polyclonal antibody-emulsion conjugate and biotin-emulsion conjugate; the test area is pre-coated with mouse anti-gonorrhoeae IgG monoclonal antibody, the quality control area (C) contains streptavidin, and the

Lysis tube: It is used for processing samples, one for each test.

Lysis tube nozzle: It is used for pipetting the lysis buffer into the lysis tube,

one for each test.

Lysis buffer A: 500 μL of 0.2N NaOH, 1 vial/kit.

Lysis buffer B: 500 μL of 0.2N HCl, 1 vial/kit.

Note: Do not use components from different batches, or erroneous results

could be produced.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

The cassette contains two test strips, and each strip will be interpreted separately according to the above figure.

Note: Invalid results indicate improper operation or deteriorated/damaged kit. In this case, read the Instructions for Use carefully again and perform retest with a new kit. Note: The purplish red band generated at the test area (T) could be dark or light in color. However, the results of colored T line obtained within the specified observation time shall be interpreted as positive regardless of the darkness of the line, even if there is only a very light color developed.
