Intended Use

The Foot-and-Mouth Disease (A) Ag Rapid Test Cassette (Vesicular Fluid) is a rapid visual immunoassay for the qualitative presumptive detection of antigen from FMDV serotype A (A-FMDV) in vesicular fluid. This kit is intended to be used as an aid in the diagnosis of FM DV serotype A infection.

Operation

Use the pipette in the sealed pouch to add 1 drop of vesicular fluid into the sample well, and then add 2 drops of buffer to the sample well.

Place at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to read the result. Do not interpret the result after 15 minutes.
