Intended Use

HG Rapid Test TgAb is a chromatographic immunoassay kit for rapid and qualitative detection of all antibodies (lgG, lgM, lgA) against T.gondii, inserum, plasma, and whole blood from feline or swine.The nitrocellulose membrane of the kit is immobilized with T.gondii-specific antigens in the test line and with goat anti-mouse antibodies in the control line.Andalso,T. gondii-specific antigens are conjugated to the colloidal gold particles.This conjugate is placed on a polyester or glass fiber pad as conjugate pad.When the sample is dropped into the sample well on the device, the solubilized conjugate migrates with the sample by passivediffusion and both the conjugate and sample come into contact with theantigens that immobilized onto the nitrocellulose.If the sample contains antibodies against T. gondii, the result is visible as red line within ~10minutes in the test line on the membrane.The solution continues to migrate to encounter a control reagent that binds a control conjugate,thereby producing another red control ine.

Operation

Place all specimens, test devices, and Assay solution and allow them to room temperature prior to testing (15~30 min).

Prepare the test device as you need, and then mark the dog's ID ontothe device,Please perform the test immediately after removing thedevice from foil pouch.

With 10ue capillary pipette, add 10ul of specimen drawn to black lineinto the sample well (S) in the test device.

Add 3 drops of Assay solution into the sample well (S).

Interpret the testing result within 10 minutes.Do not read the result after 10 minutes.
